Oaks is also not dissimilar to our other lakes, and is around 2 acres in size. The depths are between 3ft and 13ft, and the lake bed is again gravel, stone and some small silt beds. The margins are quite deep in places, and will be a productive place to fish – there are also gullies and holes to fish too.
There is a very good head of 30lb+, with the largest coming out so far at 44lb.
There are 5 large swims to fish from, which very comfortably accommodates 2 anglers.
